ACI is hitting the road and hosting a series of regional meetings around the state! Our hope is that these meetings will facilitate grassroots communication between ACI members, allow members to hear from state and local elected officials and local agencies, and give members information on a range of topics pertinent to your organizations and specific to your region. These meetings will be free to attend, but registration is required!

At the first regional meeting, held in April at Fischers Seeds in Shelbyville, attendees:

  • Heard a legislative, policy and organizational update from ACI President & CEO Bruce Kettler.
  • Learned about the impact of low water on the Mississippi river, the grain market's effect on feed, ethanol and processing and solving the current and future shortage of qualified employees.
  • Enjoyed lunch and networking with other ACI members, legislators, and state and local agencies.
