Brad Sommer
Facility Manager, Bunge

Brad has been in agribusiness for 40  years. His entire career has been with Bunge North American in a variety of roles. Most recently he as been responsible for several locations here in central Indiana, including grain handling and soy-processing facilities.

Brad has a passion of keeping his teams safe and radiates servant leadership in all areas of his career.

Andy Mauschbaugh
Regional Manager, Nationwide

Andy has been working in the insurance industry now for 35 years, with the last 15 at Nationwide Agri-Business. He currently serves as a regional manager responsible for providing risk management services to clients in the southeast and on the west coast. Previously, he was responsible for clients in Midwest states of Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Michigan. He resides in Edwardsville, Illinois, and has a BS degree in health education from Eastern Illinois University and MS in community health from Western Illinois University.
